Questions about pricing
Is there a contract?
Managed plans run month to month after onboarding. Project and home work needs no contract at all.
How do we get started?
A 20-minute call, then a walkthrough of what you have. You get a written picture of your environment and a quote before anything changes.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
We move you to the next tier at the quarterly review, not mid-month by surprise. Above 30 people we'll scope it with you rather than quote from a table.
Do home services also need a monthly plan?
No. Home visits are billed by the hour, and Wi-Fi and backup projects are quoted as one-time work.
Are Microsoft licences included?
Licences are billed by Microsoft directly. We manage them for you — you keep ownership of the tenant and the bill.
What isn't covered?
Hardware, licences, and large one-time projects are quoted separately. Everything quoted is quoted before the work starts.
